SIGNED by Francis Chichester on his Ex-Libris bookplate that has been adhered to the front endpaper (glue adherent has crinkled/creased the endpaper). The signature is dedicated: ‘’To Mary Stewart with best wishes from Francis Chichester’’. (?? Dedication possibly relating to the author Mary Stewart, as Francis Chichester and Mary Stewart both had works published with Hodder & Stoughton).

A very interesting book about a pivotal journey by a celebrated figure.
