London: William Tegg., 1863.
Scarce. An earlier edition (1853) of the same work was entitled: The complete economical cook and frugal housewife. The ‘…Complete System of Domestic Cookery…” appears to be a re-release of the same book, but there is little record of this 1863 edition. A useful guide providing great insight in to mid-Victorian diet.
